We want you to feel confident in your CPAP-inspired fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and accessories. Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
